How you can help make a better world of work
CultureAmp needs a dynamic entrepreneurial and experienced Director of GTM Systems to strategically administer and evolve our GoToMarket platforms and productivity tools from Marketing through Sales Customer Success and Support. The Director will step into team leadership and an existing tool stack with a mandate to rationalize duplicative SaaS investments and ensure the strategic business roadmap is wellsupported through systems automation AI and worldclass user experience. The Director must evidence strong technical depth a strategic understanding of the traditional GTM tool value chain and emerging technologies an ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on the priorities and a great track record of sophisticated solution delivery.

For this role the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors including market and individual skills capabilities and experience objectively assessed during the interview process.
