We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Senior Manager to support labatecs growth objectives. This pivotal role will be responsible for inlicensing activities to expand Labatecs product portfolio covering the needs of the MENA markets.
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire inlicensing process from opportunity identification to agreement .
- Scout and evaluate potential opportunities to enhance the companys portfolio.
- Lead the commercial and financial assessment of inlicensing prospects.
- Drive negotiations and successfully close licensing agreements.
- Prepare business cases briefing materials and obtain internal management approvals.
- Monitor industry trends competitors and market relevant to Labatecs business to identify and gather new project ideas.
- Represent Labatec Pharma at industry conferences and networking events.
We are looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred)
Proven experience 8 years) in business development roles in Pharmaceutical industry
Experience in multicultural environments
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Solutionoriented with a balance of strategic vision and capability
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment
Exceptional negotiation communication and leadership skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Availability to travel across MENA region as needed
