Job Description
Fondomonte California is currently recruiting Skilled Operator I who will contribute to and maintain the stability of our operations. We have a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing harvesting and exporting forage products.
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However we are not able to sponsor visas.

Essential Job Functions:
- Operate farm machinery such as rake baler forklift trucks swathers cultivation tractors grader planters loaders and other farm machinery.
- Maintain and clean equipment such as fuel geese & twine machinery.
- Carry out manual repetitive work assigned by the Line Manager.
- Maintain and clean fields throughout the day.
- Work side by side Skilled Operator II and assist where needed work together as a team.
- Leveling equipment using the laptop or other technology in the tractor level grounds using GPS technology.
- Reports walkthroughs & prepost inspections.
- Proactively manage the business improving crossfunctional collaboration & KPI visibility.
- Follow proper practices OSHA standards and other company policies.
- Ensure in accordance with ISO OSHA and FDA regulations.
- Work closely with QA to ensure all bottle measurements are correct.
- Ensure that all associates have proper PPE and are using the correct tools.
- Address safety and environmental issues to maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Blow motor operator troubleshoot set up programs tape measure maintenance heat treatment check gauges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
- Great listening communication and verbal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Display a positive and professional attitude toward peers and the leadership team.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given.
Job Context:
- Work hours may vary based on business needs flexibility to work on the weekend is required.
- This job is located in Blythe California.
- Minimum of 3 Months experience in Agricultural Forage.

Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift carry reach push and/or pull; climb and balance; stoop kneel crouch and/or crawl
- Ability to lift 40lbs and work in the field in an outdoor environment or shop
