Experience: Min 5 Years in Packaging Industries
Salary:up to 5.00 LPA
Education: Diploma / Degree
Key result Areas:
Responsible for machine breakdown.
Responsible for generating new strategies and plans for improving machine productivity.
Maintain spear part management with a list of critical spear and its specification.
Conducting periodically plan for Preventive / Predictivemaintenance.
Responsible formaintenancecost.
Identifying deviations areas of nonconformance & undertaking relevant modifications
Executing cost saving techniques/measures & modifications to achieve a substantial reduction in
expenditures/gross margin target
Preparation of ISO Documentation procedures manuals standards and specifications
Prepare and maintain the work distribution documentation (Operations Manual) of any activities; technicianevaluation as per workload.
Implementing and improving 5S & 3R on the shop floor
Deskilling of manufacturing operations to make them system dependent and machine parameter.
Ensuring that employees are uptodate regarding the latest techniques and procedures
Incorporated Six Sigma methodologies to solve a range of design and manufacturing problems
Responsible for RoHS /EESH /Safety related points and incidence occurrences.
