Working with us means you will be on a path to define a new leader. As a senior design member you will be responsible for crafting an intuitive and appealing solution for our customers and users. You will be working closely with renowned security experts product managers design leadership and the best technical minds allowing you to expand your knowledge not only in design but functions like protective intelligence case management and security systems. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about solving complex design problems a creative problem solver and an advocate of simple and valuable experiences.
What you will do
- Understand business personas and their context deeply to produce practical impactful and usable designs
- Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution
- Develop high level and detailed wireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas information flow and interaction design.
- Create design frameworks and design guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with a crossfunctional team of Product managers UX designers technologists and peers to make an impact.
- Deliver modern trendsetting aesthetically rich and humancentric design.
- Design for web tablet and mobile platform.
- Plan prioritize and work with junior colleagues to make recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of the design teams culture and quality standards.
What you should have
- Good attitude with a growth mindset and belief in ownership and accountability
- Handson product design experience with 46 years of digital experience from product/consulting/startup or agency background.
- Experience working on enterprise products/SaaSbased product is a plus
- Right skills mindset and knowledge of tools to do your work.
- A bachelors degree in design communication interaction design and graphic design is a plus
- A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs.
- Detailed understanding of layout information design interaction design patterns and usability principles.
- Knowledge of visual design principles visual hierarchy composition and design patterns.
- Ability to present and articulate design decisions to team and leadership.
- Experience in design in Figma (We simply love using Figma for everything in design)
