About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our Bidding Team in a dynamic rail and infrastructure business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys working with a collaborative team and has a bubbly personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Bidding Team ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Assist in document preparation formatting and coordination for bid submissions.
- Manage and maintain records files and templates on SharePoint.
- Coordinate meetings take minutes and manage calendars for key stakeholders.
- Support the team with Microsoft Office Suite tasks including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in collating data and reports for bid proposals and presentations.

- Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

- Previous experience in an administration role preferably within a construction rail or infrastructure environment is highly regarded but not essential.
