About the role:

Clutch is looking for a SelltoClutch Customer Advisor to be the voice for an online car selling experience in addition to our SelltoClutch (STC) team!This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and create a huge impact!

What youll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (inbound calls emails SMS) and proactively reach out to customers who scheduled an appointment to sell a car to Clutch (warm outbound calls). The current volume is about 50 calls daily
  • Act as the main point of contact for individuals looking to sell their vehicles to Clutch
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries explaining the selling process and addressing any concerns or questions from sellers
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with sellers to assess their vehicles and gather necessary documentation
  • Conduct basic vehicle assessments using Clutchs established guidelines to confirm vehicle condition and value as originally disclosed
  • Collect audit and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted for processing
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with sellers and transactions through CRM and internal software

What were looking for:

  • You should be comfortable in a fastpaced environment and able to juggle a large number of customers & systems at a time
  • You are exceptionally detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • 23 years of customer service or sales experience required
  • Passion for cars is a plus
  • Stoked about disrupting and redefining an ageold industry and a drive to win
  • Selfstarter attitude
  • Willing to work weekend and evening shifts
  • Must be comfortable working 100 onsite at our Mississaugafacility
