About the Role
This is a financial assessment a Case Officer in the Financial Assessments and Deferred Payment Scheme team you will be completing financial assessments for people who receive nonresidential and residential services from the local authority. Accuracy and attention to detail are important in this role as well as being able to work independently and as part of a will be working with older and disabled people and their representatives to obtain all appropriate financial and other relevant information for the purpose of undertaking a financial assessment.
You will be working with minimal supervision managing a case load where you will be responsible for the completion of financial assessments. This will involve dealing with queries and correspondence from the public.
A standard DBS check is required for this post.
