What You Will Do:
- Your role will be assisting the Product Manager to clearly define What customer problems need to be solved. And justify Why are these the right problems to solve. You will help validate if it is the right time to solve these problems in order to drive the biggest business impact and work with your development team to deliver solutions to these problems.
- Support the development of the product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with customer needs and feedback
- Collaborate with development partners and crossfunctional teams including engineering design sales and customer support to develop and deliver highquality products
- Collaborate with theUX team to systematically priorities product questions and decisions that need user input
- Work with the Product Manager to develop and prioritize the product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of features
- Manage the product backlog ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities to the development team while participating in daily agile ceremonies
- Prepare the materials with the Product Manager to communicate product plans progress and results to stakeholders and management
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating product performance leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 5 yearsof relevant experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar roles
- Strong understanding of product management principles including roadmap development requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and measure product success
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO and Jira

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of machine learning workflows including data preprocessing model training evaluation and deployment to effectively collaborate with technical teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and map insights to user needs and strategic product decisions.
- Prior experience with integrations and knowledge of APIs ideal
- Prior experience with Databricks or other data platforms ideal
- Familiarity with UX processes ideal
- Strong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills the ability to collaborate and deliver effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to think strategically while working with an Associate PM for daytoday product details
- Previous experience with earlystage product development
- Desire to be in a fastmoving agile environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech startups
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $114900.00 $172300.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
