How will I help

Service Delivery specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of networking services and solutions across entire SNS portfolio. This role will focus on collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet operational goals provide customers support and drive continuous improvement in service quality and performance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage assignment of resource management of SNS Engagement requests (via JIRA FD).
  • Coordinate daily standup meetings for Front Door (FD) engagements track existing engagements (due dates resource allocation issues).
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and customer to ensuring effective request capture and service delivery.
  • Act as communications coordinator for the customer manage general queries and escalations.
  • Monthly financial journal & financial recovery management for Technical Consultations.
  • Monitor analyse and report on service performance metrics to help drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Monitor & report on Annual & FD Customer Surveys. Build customer relationships & stakeholder management.

What do I need

Essential:

  • Proven experience in service delivery or customer service roles 2 years.
  • A passion for customer process simplification & improvement.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and resolve change conflicts with key stakeholders across multiple business teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience using JIRA ServiceNow & project management tools.
  • Intermediate Microsoft package skills.
  • Understanding of networking technologies or IT support.
  • Degree in IT Business Administration/Management and ITIL Certification.

Capabilities:

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Influencing skills taking ownership and drive work activities to a successful conclusion.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a resultsdriven approach.
