Well versed in metal finishing of Hard goods for exports including powder coating spray paint shop electroplating phosphating patina finish leafing finish
Job Responsibility
Our client is a Metal products manufacturing company with Inhouse Design Sampling and Production set up. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to largescale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a World Class stateof the art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
Job Responsibility
- You may be hire as Asst.Manager.
- you will be responsible for complete Metal finishing including powder coating and liquid coating of FurnitureaccessoriesdecorHard Goods manufactured for exports.
- Worked on Powder Coating Electroplatting. look after the shotblasting phosphating electroplating paint shop and Powder coating and Liquid Coating. look after the shotblasting phosphating electroplating paint shop and Powder coating and Liquid Coating.
- New finish development
- Maintain the existing finish records and follow for reapproval
- Communication with Client
- Coordination with Quality and Production team for process
