As the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of one of our locations. This includes managing staff developing and implementing marketing strategies and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a premium restaurant or pub setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to create and manage budgets
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- A keen understanding of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
