About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies
- Analyze lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
- Conduct initial qualifications for highpotential leads
- Outbound against tiered list to generate highintent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams
- Support the development and of strategic outbound initiatives
- Provide datadriven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 23 years of experience in a fastgrowing startup preferably in project management and lead management roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Salesforce HubSpot and SQL (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of APIfirst or consumptionbased business models
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or related field

The expected salary range for this position is:
Annual Salary:
$105000 $125000 USD
Logistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Locationbased hybrid policy: Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25 of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:We do sponsor visas! However we arent able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

And we value impact advancing our longterm goals of steerable trustworthy AI rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. Were an extremely collaborative group and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highestimpact work at any given time. As such we greatly value communication skills.
