As a Solution Architect Identity you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements assess technical feasibility and recommend solutions in alignment with strategic roadmaps across the organization. You will collaborate with Solution Architects Enterprise Architects and Software Engineers to envision design and build solutions and drive their . You will engage with Product Management Business Stakeholders Enterprise Architecture and other delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved. What Youll Do

  • Applies advanced technical principles techniques theories and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and theories.
  • Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
  • Works toward predetermined longrange goals and objectives. Assignments are often selfinitiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
  • Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their solution architecture into a final product.
  • Ensures alignment between EA roadmap and solutions being delivered.
  • Collaborates with delivery teams during application design assisting product teams with interoperability performance scalability reliability availability technology and security risks.
  • Describes the structure characteristics behavior and other aspects of the solution to business stakeholders.
  • Designs solutions in multiple cloud service providers in IaaS SaaS and PaaS
  • Owns and drives proofofconcept and discovery efforts.
  • Participates in defining platform standards.
  • Develop and evolve solution architecture roadmaps and portfolios.
  • Partners with engineers to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues.
  • Participate in vendor corrective action meetings as required providing suggestions or alternatives to solve problems.
  • Prepares and present designs and any known exceptions to Architecture Review Board (ARB)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring

  • Experienced with modern interface patterns and techniques.
  • High level of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions: Demonstrated experience in designing implementing and managing IAM solutions such as Single SignOn (SSO) MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) using technologies like Okta Azure AD SailPoint or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Security Protocols and Standards: Indepth knowledge of security protocols and standards such as OAuth SAML OpenID Connect and LDAP. Ability to ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations and to implement best practices for identity governance and administration.
  • Integration and Interoperability Skills: Strong capabilities in integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications including cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) onpremises systems and thirdparty applications. Experience with API management and developing custom connectors to facilitate seamless interoperability especially with platforms like SailPoint.
  • Experience with one or more cloud service providers and their respective environments
  • Database and data modeling experience and understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Advanced skills in paradigms such as Object Oriented Functional or Event Driven.
  • Experienced with manipulating large datasets across heterogeneous systems and with Data Integration technologies and solutions.
  • Proficiency in EventDriven architectures enabling the design of responsive and scalable systems.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and one or more Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools
  • Experience with agile software development processes
  • Proven ability to design solutions that are scalable maintainable and adhere to policies standards and best practices.
  • Experience working with multiple large enterprise platforms and a diverse technology environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork communication planning problem solving trouble shooting facilitation and organization skills.
  • Strong influencing coaching mentoring and leadership skills
  • Deep analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams actively contributing to identifying business requirements and assessing technical feasibility.
  • Commitment to staying uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical role in Information Technology
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a software engineer or solutions architect. Experience with engineering technology components is a plus.
  • 7 years of experience in with designing and deploying IAM solutions

The annual base pay for this position is: $148964.00 $223446.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
