Outpatient Clinic Private Practice
New Hyde Park NY 11040
Overview:
A growing outpatient private practice clinic is now hiring a fulltime Physical Therapist for a position in New Hyde Park NY. Clinicians interested in Clinic Manager or StaffLevel roles will be considered.
You will be hired as the primary PT on staff. There are also 2 fulltime PTAs. Between the three clinicians the team sees 50 patients per day. You will have a caseload of 17 patients per day. Each of the PTAs will also each have 17 patients per day.
Hours / Work Schedule:
This is a fulltime salaried position. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am 1 pm.
The ideal candidate is open to work Monday and Wednesday 11am 7pm Tuesday Thursday and Friday 9am5pm. The potential to work 4 days a week at 10 hours per day may be available.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The patient population consists of adults and young athletes and a variety of outpatient diagnoses treating Spine and Musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on pain management. The caseload is approximately 80 pain management including back knees and shoulders and 20 postoperative rehabilitation.
Compensation:
For fulltime the salary starts at $120000 per year with bonus potential plus benefits.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Fulltime availability is required.
2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Selfmotivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
