Job Description
Acadia Broadcasting is a growing radio broadcaster with radio stations in Atlantic Canada and Northwestern Ontario. In each of our markets our company focuses on being the communitys local voice for entertainment news and events.
91.9 The BendinMoncton NBis on the lookout for aSummer Cruiser Representativeto join our team as a fun and energetic station ambassador for Summer 2025!Youll be responsible for spreading the word about our amazing programming and engaging with listeners to keep them entertained and informed.
Here is what youll be responsible for:
- Setting up and tearing down events handing out swag and interacting with fans of all ages
- Establish strong relationships with other team members and key partners
- Attend all major station promotions selected client promotions and nonprofit events as needed
- Present onair and on station social media as a station personality
- Maintain and care for station equipment vehicles storage area and materials
- Provide regular feedback to the Regional Promotions Manager
What we are looking for:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem solving and quick decisionmaking skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Must hold a valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Someone proficient with social media who is comfortable presenting themselves on social media through photos and videos
- High energy outgoing and eager to initiate conversation with the public
