- Supervise camp staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all campers
- Communicate with parents regarding childrens progress and camp updates
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Experience in child care or youth programs
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate children
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old

The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been serving directors owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge skills and abilities of directors owners emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
