Role Overview
As a Data Analyst you will join the Tech & Product team and collaborate closely with stakeholders from the Product Engineering Marketing and Business Development teams to identify business needs and uncover analytics opportunities.
Your mission:
Deliver real impact. Bring concrete impact to the product and business line through research and implementation of rigorous datadriven solutions.
Analyze and drive. Analyze and interpret datasets to derive actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes.
Design and optimize experiments. Develop and manage A/B tests to optimize and guide product and process enhancements.
Create and maintain descriptive outcomes. Track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards maps) to communicate analytical insights effectively.
Manage analytic solutions. Modernize standardize troubleshoot and maintain existing analytic solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Cooperate. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data into broader business strategies.
Stay current with industry trends. Continuously evolve the organization by adopting bestinclass technologies and techniques.
Enhance datadriven culture. Support decisionmaking and promote a datadriven culture through adhoc analyses and insights.
Your ideal profile:
Proven experience and analytical skills. You have 3 years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and can apply highlevel analytical statistical and quantitative problemsolving skills to various scenarios.
Expertise in programming. You possess advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization as well as extensive knowledge of Python or R. Additionally you have experience with Looker Tableau or similar technologies.
Detailoriented and communicative. You have a maniacal attention to detail and enjoy executing complex projects. You can communicate in a structured and convincing manner adapting your style to build trust in a positive and professional way with various stakeholders.
Passion for fintech or startup environments. You are enthusiastic about working in dynamic innovative settings.
Language proficiency. You are fluent in Italian and English.
