Position Summary
The Hideaway Brew Garden is looking for highenergy friendly and Event Staff to ensure the beer garden continues to be the best outdoor music venue in the area.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.
Benefits for PartTime roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 20 2025.
About the Venue
NOW Arena is an 11800seat multipurpose family entertainment cultural and sports center. Seating capacity for the arena ranges fromfor theater shows; 9400 for football hockey lacrosse and soccer games; 10000 for basketball games and 11800 for concerts. The Hideaway Brew Garden is adjacent to the arena where we provide live music and entertainment to the local community over the summer months.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping to open and close the Hideaway Brew Garden property
- Assist as needed with hostess responsibilities including welcoming guests and checkingin group bookings
- Will need to be aware of emergency procedures related to weather
- Support other departments as needed including cleaning band relations food service and general customer service
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Restaurant experience or managerial experience is helpful but not necessary
- Availability to work as needed on weekends nights holidays and outside
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively
- Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy items
