We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales and Support Coordinator to join our Managed IT Services Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our customer product sales coordinating client engagements and providing technical assistance. This role requires familiarity with managed IT service solutions computing hardware and Microsoft Windows and Office software.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver quotes proposals and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings demonstrations and followups.
- Maintain and update sales documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of promotional materials.
Client Coordination:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
- Assist in onboarding new clients ensuring smooth transitions and setup.
- Monitor and track client satisfaction addressing any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Technical Support:
- Provide firstlevel technical support for managed IT service solutions including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computing hardware and Microsoft Windows and Office software.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge base of technical solutions and client configurations.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of IT hardware and software for clients.
Administration:
- Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and support activities.
- Assist in generating regular reports on sales activities client satisfaction and support metrics.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in a sales support or technical support role ideally within a managed IT services environment.
- Familiarity with managed IT service solutions computing hardware and Microsoft Windows and Office software.
- Experience using CRM systems and help desk software is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Problemsolving abilities particularly in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
