Hiring for Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing company
Position: Quality Engineer
Qualification: BE Electronics/Mechanical.
Work Experience: 24 year in battery Industries
Work profile:
- Electrical parameter testing of the final finish battery product lot wise as per the control Plan.
- Preparing and maintaining Quality records MIS for system audit and documentation. Create documents such as procedure inspection plans work instruction quality assurance specifications etc.
- Maintaining Quality records for system audit
- Prepare Quality documents for every inspection stage.
- MIS report monthly & yearly.
- Material availability as per the dispatch plan.
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves inprocess production by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests returning products for rework confirming rework.
- .Analyzing major s by using various QC tools and deciding containment action as well as permanent action with CFT
- Actively participated in 5S QUALITY CIRCLE.
- Responsible for process audit as per the schedule decided by the team and deciding action for nonconformance.
- Customer complains monitoring reduction corrective action & improvement.
- Day to day ISO Documentation.
- Maintaining and monitoring s costs through daily control and review with the production team.
- Ensuring timely Calibration & control of varies Measuring Instruments & Gauges.
- Finding the requirement of lab equipment follow up with the purchase.
- Educating the team for Kaizen 5S Pokayoke Process audit Quality Tools etc.
