JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine OperatorShafts

Primary role:

Operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per Standard Operating Procedure

Qualifications Experience

• Mandatory for the Role:
• Diploma in Mechanical with 4 to 5 years of experience in Operating CNC OD and ID Grinding Machines

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per 5tandiud operating procedures
• Good knowledge of Grinding Cycles Plain Taper OD & ID Grinding ISO programs and ability to operate Fanuc and Siemens machine controllers
• Can perform setup individually on Cylindrical Grinding machine by studying drawing and setup instructions.
• Should have minimum 02 Years of experience in precision heavy duty shaft OD Grinding
• Should have work experience in shaft manufacturing and handling duty shafts.
• Filling up daily production records in production formats
• Handle measuring Ii instruments / Tools carefully to avoid damages
• Inspection of Fist of part arid stage inspection of parts as per SOP Operate other machines as and when required.
• Maintaining and Implementation of the quality system as per documented procedure
• Others on an assignment basis.
