The Battle Management Command & Control (BMC2 Networking & Gateway Solutions (NGS) business has an immediate need for a Value Stream Leader (VSL) in our growing portfolio to lead the various tasks around both program and product level management. The focuses on developing continued business and strategy towards multidomain heterogenous networks leveraged by multiple platforms.
This position is available in Cedar Rapids IA; Richardson TX; McKinney TX. Relocation is available
What You Will Do:
- Lead pursuits and program efforts including the primary customer interface during program
- Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial technical and schedule performance
- Lead manage and be accountable for related internally funded technology efforts working with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to define new IR&D projects annually
- Perform regular program EACs PMRs and IRAD reviews with an ability to brief senior leadership
- Lead cross functional teams across local and remote locations and time zones
- Perform in leadership rotational responsibilities within the Government contracts serving as Program Manager
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with other major companies that participate in collaborative efforts representing the company in a variety of virtual and face to face planning and meetings
- Supporting upperlevel management with longrange financial planning.
- Ability to think perform and communicate proactively and forward looking.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires:Bachelors degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience ORAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience ORIn absence of a degree 14 years of relevant experience is required
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Have experience with EVMS program management and Risk & Opportunity management
- Ability to communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
- Ability to deal with problems and issues that are complex and multidimensional requiring a broadbased consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of the organization
- Work with crossfunctional teams to establish solutions that are cuttingedge and achieved through collaboration and dialog with other experts in the field
- Establish and implement critical functional strategies and operational plans for network solutions
- Ability to travel up to 20 of the time to support program meetings
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Preferred SAPeligible in key technology areas.
- Have demonstrated ability to recognize pursue and capture discretionary offset opportunities (i.e. customer funded R&D) that directly supports business strategies via direct government support or through other contractors
- Comfortable interfacing and communicating throughout the organization across different disciplines as well as with different levels of leadership and different geographic locations
- Have experience with leveraging efforts and technologies from other Collins Aerospace organizations
- Have advanced or expert knowledge with a number of products and systems in the following areas: communications datalinks networks waveforms apertures realtime data dissemination open standards/architectures system of system architectures command and control in contested environments position navigation and timing (PNT)

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
