About the Client:

Job Role:
- To provide email chat support to the client of the company.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30kms from Airoli.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: BA BCOMBBA BMS BBI BMMBMA BAF (Only 2023 and 2024 pass out).
- Diploma and Technical(BE BTECH) BSC BCA graduates please do not apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excelword and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
- Should have all mark sheets until the last semester of graduation without any backlog/arrears Aadhar card and pan card.
- The candidate should be fully vaccinated.
