- Attendance and Time keeping
- Assist in handling joining and exit formalities
- Working closely with other departments to understand Manpower requirement
- Recruiting workers for Rubber products manufacturing company
- Liasoning with ITI Institutes for recruitment.
- Basic Administration work
- Assist in HR Audits
- Compliance of Labor Laws
- Induction of new joiners
- Undertaking regular performance reviews
- Maintaining employee records
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Other details
- Location Daman Plant Bhimpore
- Working days 6 (Sat fixed off however depending upon plant maintenance off might differ)
- Working Hours 8.305pm
