Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supervisor to oversee our HR Shared Services team specifically managing the US Hire to Retire process. The ideal candidate will have 812 years of experience in HR operations with minimum 23 years as team lead/ supervisor managing 5 10member team with a strong background in managing endtoend HR processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills capable of driving efficiency and ensuring seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team responsible for the US Hire to Retire process.
• Ensure the accurate and timely of HR processes including onboarding employee data management benefits administration Immigration performance management and offboarding.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
• Provide coaching mentoring and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes.
• Perform transactions or a supported service area in a region developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices policies and/or laws
• Handle escalations and complex HR issues providing resolution and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and process metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 812 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on the Hire to Retire process.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HRrelated software. Preferably (Workday ServiceNow & ADP)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage 5 10member team.
