Job Description

Working as a Funding Officer within the England Central Funding team you will join our Advice Team. You will be the frontline for telephone and emailqueries to the Fund from a wide range of customers dealing mainly with preapplication advice and support for all England and UK programmes discussing feedback with organisations whose applications have been unsuccessful queries about funded applications in grant management. This will include contact directly with grant holders and applicant organisations and with a range of colleagues.You will have a strong understanding of our vision and our commitment to equity diversity and inclusion. You will manage your own caseload.

The successful candidate must be based near to and be able to easily travel to one of our centres in NewcastleuponTyne and Birmingham as this role may require office working from time to time.

Please note that our phone lines are openand the successful candidate will be expected to support shared team cover of these hours.

Interview Date: Week commencing 14th April

Location: Birmingham or NewcastleuponTyne office/hybrid working
