Job Overview:
As a QA Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality performance andreliability of our SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross functional teams includingproduct managers developers and operations to define and execute testing strategiesthrough the SDLC.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated and manual tests for new and existing SaaSfeatures
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand feature and requirementsand define testing strategies
Perform functional regression performance and security testing
Work closely with DevOps to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline
Continuously improve the testing process by identifying inefficiencies andimplementing best practices
Requirements:
2 years of QA experience preferably in a SaaS product
Proficiency in test automation tools(Eg. Selenium Playwright or similar)
Strong understanding of API testing(Eg. Postman SoapUI Pact or similar) andperformance testing tools(Eg. JMeter Gatling Locust K6 or similar)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies CI/CD and cloud platforms(AWS GCP)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience with security testing
Familiarity with testing in a microservice architecture(Docker Kubernetes)
