Company Our client is a global Information Services provider with over 200 years of experience across various fields such as Finance Compliance and Data Management. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B
Managing incoming calls answering calls professionally providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients.
Keeping a record with details of inquiries requests complaints comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
Building professional relationships with existing customers.
Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
Helping with research and generating sales leads.
Qualification & Requirements:
13 years of similar experience.
Proven Sales Track Record.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Proven customer support experience.
Customer orientation and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
