WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the business requirements preparing ASIS and TOBE documents and get
- Transport Management
- Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
- Integration testing with other modules
- Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
- Golive preparation and post Golive support
- Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
- Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
- Executing the required changes through configuration
- Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
- Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for them
- Preparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests)
- Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results
- Interact with consultants of other modules
Minimum Requirements
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE
- IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
- 7 years of PM/EAM experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Supports Real estate Feature Team on SAP PM EAM Module Configuration
- Analyse and solve SAP Real Estate Module issues
- Conduct SAP Module process configuration
- Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
- Transport Management
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical Skills / Technology SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant
- Conduct Unit tests Integration tests and System Integration security tests
- Support the Central Real Estate team with issues and provide a solutionsbased approach.
