About the job
The Customer Intelligence team is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead on sales of the awardwinning SAS Customer Intelligence 360 suite a cloudnative endtoend marketing and personalization solution. In this role you will provide domain expertise on products/ solutions to identify develop and close deals whenempowering existing customers and prospects in Australia & New Zealand to improve their customer experience strategies and modernize customer engagement solutions.
In this role you will:
- Engage with targeted customers and prospect accounts to position and sell SAS Marketing solutions.
- Develop strategies to modernize customer engagement for strategic clients.
- Build and maintain relationships influencing longterm strategies and engaging with Clevel decisionmakers.
- Provide expertise in industry business and marketing technology to close deals in your assigned territory.
- Support leadgeneration activities and integrate strategies into account plans qualifying based on business and technical fit.
- Develop opportunities and create compelling proposals to communicate the value of SAS solutions collaborating with internal teams
- Drive the closure of complex sales and assist with pricing and licensing negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in solution selling within enterprise software or marketing technology space.
- Strong consultative selling skills: understand customer goals identify value drivers and present to executives confidently.
- Experience of building executive and directorlevel relationships by addressing businesscritical problems and outcomes.
- Ability to proactively search for marketing opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail while focusing on longterm vision and anticipating potential roadblocks.
- Passionate and collaborative team player with self drive and a strong work ethic.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques software acquisition cycles and territory dynamics.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) ability to work independently and in teams and has ability to travel internationally 3050.
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business Marketing Computer Science or quantitative field.
- Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
