Job Summary:
Mercedes Benz of North Haven is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a commission only role this position offers a great opportunity for unlimited earning potential. If you have a passion for luxury automobiles and a drive for success we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime commission sales position in the auto industry. The compensation for this role ranges from $75000 to $300000 per year paid on a weekly basis. In addition to competitive pay our employees also have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision and 401(k) options.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales
Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles
Maintain current knowledge of all Mercedes Benz products and services
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Act as a liaison between clients and the dealership by handling all inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Ensure all sales and customer service processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
2 Years Previous Automotive sales experience required
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Ability to work in a fastpaced and competitive environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
