ARSIEM is looking for a highly skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to provide cybersecurity expertise to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process validate Information Assurance (IA) controls and support Authorization to Operate (ATO) efforts for Navymanaged networks. This position will support one of our Government clients in Monterey CA.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of experience with a Bachelors degree or relevant military training/qualifications.
DoD 8570 IAM Level II CAP CISM CASP GLSC
Indepth knowledge of NIST 80053 DoD 8570.01M and eMASS.
Strong experience in POA&M development security risk analysis and compliance validation.
Ability to analyze cybersecurity artifacts policies and network security documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to brief leadership and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) certification (highly desirable).
Familiarity with Navy IT networks (MEDU DREN SDREN CSOC SIPRNET).
Experience with Vulnerability Assessment Tools (e.g. ACAS HBSS Splunk SIEMs).
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and IAM security frameworks.

$100000 $110000 a year

The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active Top Secret clearance. Top Secret eligible is preferred). You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role If you do ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is 3500 and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
