- centrally design go to market strategies with Marketing team for every new store opening.

Digital Takeoff for Retail stores
- BOSS roll out

- practices roll out percentage of retail
Quality of Integration & Customer Relationship Management
- create and execute customer relationship management campaigns for new store openings and takeoff stores
- manage new stores by working closely with vendors marketing team Area Business Managers & Regional Business Managers
Ensure sustainability of key business processes
- Effective MIS & Trackers
- weekly / monthly reviews & initiation of actions & realignment
- the targeted number of Takeoff stores against the budget
