How you will make an impact:
As a Senior Product Designer youll lead projects to deliver intuitive administrative and developer experiences enabling enterprise customers to efficiently onboard their teams manage their data schema and integrate with other software in their MarTech stack to optimize delivery of high send volumes.
Youll also lead projects to provide our customers with the experimentation tooling and AIenabled insights needed to replicate and improve upon the success of past campaign sends.

Youll get to:
- Provide strategic design leadership across multiple product areas with features across data integrations and management optimization and more
- Collaborate across time zones with product managers engineers and UX researchers to enhance our product offerings ensuring an intuitive impactful user experience
- Lead the design process from ideation to employing your expertise to develop solutions that address complex problems while meeting the needs of our diverse user base
- Engage in all facets of design work from UX research and discovery to prototyping and highfidelity visuals ensuring that every design decision contributes to our overarching goals
- Elevate the design standard within the team providing constructive feedback and sharing insights that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with peers to uplevel process and operations for our UX functions including product design user research and copywriting
We are looking for people who have:
- 5 years working in UX and product design roles
- Experience working across the product development lifecycle for web and/or software applications
- Strong visual design sensibilities with a passion for creating consumer grade enterprise products
- The ability to make the complex simple with approachable intuitive interface design
- Empathy for the variety of our customers engineers and internal stakeholders that we work with on a daytoday basis
- Strong organizational skills capable of leading projects with precision and efficiency
- Excellence in asynchronous communication adept at articulating ideas and collaborating effectively across different time zones
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a fastpaced startup environment
- Experience with marketing email push or SMS software
- Experience working with a B2B SaaS company designing and building tools that help people be better at their jobs

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $129500 $200000. Within this range individual pay is determined by specific US work location as well as additional factors including jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable) equity plus a range of benefits including medical dental vision and financial. In addition we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development among others.
