Job Description

Purpose: The Product Designer will primarily focus on a new self-service portal with the goal of creating intuitive and efficient experiences that support our customers. In addition to this core project youll also contribute to improving internal systems including CRM ERP and medical billing systems.  This role is critical in making internal workflows more intuitive efficient and scalable. Youll collaborate closely with developers and internal stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant functional experiences and help evolve our internal design systems to support enterprise-scale solutions. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Design simple intuitive and consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand employee needs pain points and areas of opportunity across internal systems. 
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with internal teams to guide improvements and enhancements. 
  • Create wireframes mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and system improvements. 
  • Maintain and evolve a scalable internal design system to ensure consistency across internal platforms. 
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to accessibility standards. 
  • Support internal adoption of new tools or system updates by designing intuitive onboarding flows and documentation. 
  • Stay informed on enterprise UX trends internal system design best practices and cross-platform consistency. 

Qualifications :

Education & Experience 

  • Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design preferably with experience designing internal systems and enterprise tools. 
  • Proficient in Figma or similar design tools; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1); experience designing inclusive interfaces preferred. 
  • Experience working in agile cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong time management and attention to detail; self-starter who takes ownership. 
  • Bachelors degree in HCI Interaction Design or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered. 


Additional Information :

Work Environment & Physical Demands 

The Product Designer works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe productive work environment with secure internet ability to operate a computerwith or without reasonable accommodation is required. 

Travel 

This is a fully remote role within the U.S. with occasional travel (12 times/year) to company events or user testing sessions (46 times/year preferred).
