A Little About The Role

Were looking for aDigital Marketing Leadto join our Marketing team based in Perth on a fulltime basis.

As the Digital Marketing Lead youll be responsible for:

• Creating and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
• Driving lead generation efforts and optimising campaigns to meet lead goals and targets.
• Conducting detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation and creative targeting.
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with positioning and longterm business objectives.
• Assisting with lead processing for targeted digital programs.
• Supporting content creation to craft a dynamic engaging and authentic brand experience.
• Continuously optimising performance through analytics and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.

A Little About You

Were looking for someone who is ambitious adaptable and analytical with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.

You will need to have:

• A Bachelors degree in marketing or an equivalent field.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in B2B software or industrial sectors (experience in mining is a plus but not essential).
• Handson experience managing LinkedIn and Google campaigns.
• Proficiency in lead scoring and nurturing techniques to optimise conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and link marketing performance to business outcomes.
• Practical experience with digital marketing software (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Drift) analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• A selfstarter mindset able to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
