We anticipate hiring for the following positions in the near future:
Materials Handlers
Insert Operators
Shipper/Receivers

Our facility is located at 955 Freeport Pkwy #200 Coppell TX and we operate three shifts. Please refer to the Available Shifts section below for more details.

Materials Handler duties requirements

    • Prepare finished Postal documentation and completed mail for USPS inspection
    • Provide consumables to the Insert Operators as needed
    • Assist in traying of mail to meet USPS requirements
    • Assists in relocating materials and reconfiguring consumable locations
    • Cleaning and maintenance of the operations facility
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements:
    • 1 year of related experience preferred
    • Ability to perform manual labor lifting up to 50 lbs may be required
    • High school diploma preferred

Insert Operator duties requirements

    • Operate folding and insertion machines for invoices and statements.
    • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
    • Set up and adjust machines; ensure proper alignment and document insertion.
    • Learn from Senior Machine Operators and the Lead Operator about procedures and safety.
    • Assist in equipment operations maintenance and adhere to SOPs and QA processes.
    • Conduct quality checks maintain security of sensitive documents and prepare jobs for Post Office delivery.
    • Communicate equipment issues and concerns to appropriate personnel.
    • Monitor machine performance report malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
    • Ensure accuracy in sorting/insertion and maintain a clean safe work area.

    • Requirements:
    • Basic mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Technical knowledge of machinery.
    • Multitasking abilities.
    • Prior experience with folding and insertion machines preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong attention to detail for accuracy in highvolume production.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues.
    • Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting moderateweight boxes.

Shipper/Receiver duties requirements

    • Process paperwork and maintain records for reporting and tracking.
    • File shipping documents.
    • Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
    • Manage the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
    • Create and approve purchase requisitions for supply orders.
    • Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
    • Perform quality audits on shipped goods for incoming and outgoing items.
    • Resolve issues with missing documents shipments and deliveries.
    • Maintain an organized work area in compliance with policies and safety regulations.
    • Make deliveries using company vehicle as assigned.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.

    • Requirements:
    • One year of experience in a warehouse or as a shipper/receiver is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Forklift driving ability; training and certification will be provided by KUBRA.
    • Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
    • A high school diploma is preferred but not essential.

    • Materials Handler/Insert
    • 1st Shift: 6am 2:30pm (MonFri)
    • 3rd Shift: 10pm 6:30am (SunFri)
    • *Note: 2nd Shift is not available for this role

    • Shipper/Receiver
    • 1st Shift: 6:00am 2:30pm (MonFri) OR 8:00am 4:30pm (MonFri)
    • 2nd Shift: 3:30pm 12am (MonFri)
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00pm 6:30am (SunFri)
