Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve the market share of Mattress on a sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationship.
Channel Sales / Dealer support for a range of high quality premium Matresses
- Educate Dealers to sell high value / HighMargin / new products to improve Sales Turnover.
- Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achievetheir sales targets FGIs QGIs etc.
- Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
- Ensure Local level ads are released as peragreement.
- Ensure Inshop branding SignageBoards etc. at dealers outlets.
- Implementation of MOP system.
- Report unauthorized dealer selling / unauthorizedproduct selling.
- Collect and provide update oncompetitors activities such as new product introduction / scheme launch /Price changes / incentive / discountingstructures etc.
- Participate in local level fairs /exhibitions alone with ZD / Dealers.
- Approach Institutions / Bulk buyers /Search of prospective end customers.
- Identify opportunities for appointingdealers.
- Appointment of new ROs and MBOs as per plan.
- Conversion of ROs to MBOs MBOs to Exclusive Exclusive to Shoppes/ World/
- Galleries as per plan.
- Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
- Ensure that Dealers receive and understand all communications / policies etc.
- Provide technical assistance tocustomers regarding foam applications & appropriate uses.
- Resolve dealer queries.
- Ensure timely end customer complaint
- Ensure that payments are received timely from customers
