Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner Lead at the senior level to join our dynamic team in the Pune Division. This fulltime position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in employee relations organizational development and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives driving organizational initiatives and championing a positive workplace culture.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in employee relations and the ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning to effectively align HR initiatives with business goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Deep understanding of organizational development to drive transformation and build a robust workforce (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid background in change management to guide and support organizational transitions and transformations.
  • Proven experience in performance management to develop and implement effective employee evaluation systems.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of highcaliber candidates.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and legal compliance in all HR practices.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mitigate workplace disputes effectively and equitably.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational objectives and develop strategic HR plans.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement retention and workplace culture.
  • Drive organizational development efforts to enhance workforce capabilities and performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HRrelated matters including employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and employment laws.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition activities to attract and onboard toptier talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and deliver HR programs that align with the companys strategic objectives and mission ethos.
