The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role is passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You thrive on analyzing processes identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and success.
As a Business Analyst at Remsoft you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to evaluate business processes gather requirements and implement solutions that align with both client needs and company goals. Reporting to the Director of Solution Implementation you will play a key role in optimizing business operations through technology.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and document business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.
- Configure and implement Remsoft solutions to enhance decisionmaking and efficiency.
- Develop system specifications and technical documentation.
- Define and maintain Business Analyst processes within the Remsoft Delivery team.
- Act as the Delivery Lead on software implementation projects.
- Gather and document requirements to support BI Reporting and Data Integration Services.
- Lead acceptance testing and ensure smooth system implementation.
- Engage in both clientfacing and internal projects.
- Travel as needed to collaborate with clients and teams.
What youll need
Qualifications
- Language Fluency in written and spoken English with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered.
- Software the Microsoft Office suite.
- Years of Experience minimum 2.
Assets:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and consulting abilities.
- Experience gathering functional requirements and translating them into system specifications.
- Understanding business operations process analysis and technical implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
Location:
We are committed to finding the best candidate and are flexible regarding location. While Remsofts offices are in Fredericton New Brunswick and Ottawa Ontario we are open to a range of working arrangements for this role. Candidates can work fully remote in a hybrid setup or from our office.
