The Company: For over 40 years Physician Specialists in Anesthesia (PSA) has primarily provided dedicated and comprehensive anesthesia services at Emory Saint Josephs Hospital (ESJH) in Atlanta GA. PSA has an outstanding culture and delivers the majority of its care under the anesthesia care team model with an experienced and highlyengaged team of anesthesiologists anesthesiologist assistants certified registered nurse anesthetists and allied health professionals.
The Position: Due to significant growth and practice expansion we have immediate opportunities for fulltime and parttime BC/BE Anesthesiologists. Offering a partnership track or employment model with competitive compensation packages. The Hospital: Founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1880 Emory Saint Josephs Hospital is Atlantas longestserving hospital. Today the 410bed acutecare facility is recognized as one of the top specialtyreferral hospitals in the Southeast. Emory Saint Josephs is a leader among Georgia hospitals and is a proud part of the Emory Healthcare system.
Case Mix: Flexible clinical responsibilities with the ability to focus on the subspecialty of your choice including general ortho/regional and even pediatric ENT. Full spectrum of caseload includes major vascular orthopedics spine neuro general surgery surgical oncology gynecology ENT urology and endoscopy. No obstetrics or trauma.
The Location: Among the nations fastestgrowing metro areas Atlanta is attracting newcomers from around the country. Atlanta features awardwinning restaurants and chefs iconic locales that rival any across the country including the Tony Awardwinning Alliance Theatre the Fox Theater the CNN Center and the Western hemispheres largest indoor aquarium. Known as the city in a forest Atlanta offers many notable parks like Piedmont Park in Midtown and Centennial Olympic Park Downtown. The newly developed Atlanta Beltline is transforming the Atlanta downtown into a liveworkplay community. The Beltline is a planned loop of 22 miles of modern streetcar 33 miles of multiuse trail and 2000 acres of parks. It is well underway and will open in phases through the anticipated completion in 2030. Atlanta residents are avid sports fans.
