% of Practice: 90% Adults; 10% Pediatric

Surgical Cases per day: 2-5

Physician in Practice: 10

Support Staff: APPs RNs Techs

Case Mix:

- Ortho Vascular Head Spine Neuro

- OB Pedia Regional Thoracic

Procedures:

- Spinal Epidural

- Pain Mgmt Techniques

- Post-op Epidural/Extremity Blocks

- Vent Mgmt C-Lines A-Lines

- Eval & mgmt of Acute Volume/BP issues

Office Equipment:

- Sonosite US Glidescope

- Flotrac Oxymeter BIS monitor

- Disposable Bronchioscopes

No of ORs: 7

No of Beds: 144

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE
