Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee customer service and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Conduct stock take and control to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting.
Lead and manage a team of frontofhouse staff.
Train and develop employees to uphold service excellence.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and health standards.
