Who You Are
As a Senior Software Engineer you take ownership of designing developing and optimizing scalable backend services for our SaaS platform using Java Spring Boot MongoDB and Elastic Search. You thrive in a fastpaced environment contributing both technical expertise and leadership. Beyond development you drive system improvements mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to shape the platforms longterm success.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain backend services for a SaaSbased platform.
- Work with Java Spring Boot MongoDB and Elastic Search to build highperformance applications. Develop highperformance applications using Java Spring Boot MongoDB and Elastic Search.
- Optimize applications for high scalability and performance.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and design to deployment and postlaunch monitoring.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system architecture and drive innovation.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code while following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team to ensure highquality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in backend development.
- Handson experience with Java Spring Boot MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
- Prior experience working in a productbased company.
- Must have experience working on a SaaSbased platform. Proven experience in building and maintaining SaaSbased platforms.
- Strong algorithmic and problemsolving skills. Indepth knowledge of algorithmic problemsolving system architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience dealing with highscale data and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of API design microservices architecture and system scalability.
- Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced milestonedriven development environment.
