Schedule: Friday & Monday 5:30am3:30 pm) Saturday & Sunday 6am2pm) 32 hours per week

Compensation: $20.50 per Hour

Job Summary:

We need an Unarmed Security Officer to protect a CRITICAL facility in Tempe AZ. The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the facilitys property personnel and equipment by conducting access control and monitoring camera systems.

As a Security Officer you will support site safety initiatives and ensure that safety equipment remains in excellent working order. As a result youll be able to help create a safe and rewarding environment for all.

Anderson will provide you with uniforms and all equipment to perform the functions of this role.

Essential Functions:

• Create a safe and secure environment for employees visitors and vendors.
• Communicate appropriately with supervisors peers client associates and the general public professionally.
• Ensure that the security team meets organizational goals for productivity performance management and employee engagement.
• Display intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software onsite.
• Conduct thorough foot patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
• Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
• Create and maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures sitespecific post orders and duties and client safety programs.
• Make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your responsibilities according to company and client policies.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all onsite.
• Handle sensitive information and material in doing so remain confidential at all times.
• Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime if and when required or in the event of an emergency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age per state standards.
• VALID AZ Unarmed Guard Card
• CPR AED and First Aid certified. We provide these for FREE!
• Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
• Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD214 Form 4.
