Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:Lead the design development and deployment of frontend web applications using React.
- Frontend Development:Develop and maintain userfacing features with highquality code and performance.
- UI/UX Collaboration:Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and a seamless user experience.
- Performance Optimization:Ensure applications are optimized for speed performance and scalability.
- Code Quality:Maintain high standards of code quality including code reviews and best practices.
- Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical leadership and support.
- Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve issues bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend solutions.
Requirements
Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:4 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of completed projects using React.
Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
- Strong understanding of frontend development principles and best practices.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Zustand MobX).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:Experience with performance optimization responsive design (Tailwind CSS) and crossbrowser compatibility.
