Our client is a longestablished specialist independent Valuation firm specializing in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate valuations of residential and commercial properties for loan security.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including bank managers property owners and internal team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Engage in networking and relationshipbuilding activities including social events with clients.
- Travel within London Home Counties and occasionally up north as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years PostQualification Experience (PQE).
- MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
- Proven track record of handling highvolume and highvalue property valuations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.
