A Brighter Future Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking positive energetic and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Homecare Department Servicing the Clinton NC Region. We deeply value the dedication and effort of caregivers and recognize their vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients.
As a PCA you will be responsible for providing highquality care through Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). This position offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for both fulltime and parttime roles.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care needs such as bathing grooming dressing and feeding.
- Support clients with household tasks including meal preparation light housekeeping and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in clients health or living situations.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Adhere to all care plans and company policies to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively.
- Completion of a basic aide training program or equivalent meeting state requirements.
- State registration as required.
- Updated CPR/First Aid certification and TB Test.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to safely lift move or transfer clients ensuring no harm to the client or self.
- Evidence of fulfilling state health requirements.
