Paralegal Commercial Contracts Draper Utah or Austin Texas
eBay is seeking a highly motivated meticulous flexible and businessfocused individual to support an international role located in Draper UT or Austin TX! In this challenging role you will be an integral member of the commercial legal team providing support to internal business clients in connection with contracting. The ideal candidate is someone who can work collaboratively in a highvolume workload amongst a fastpaced dynamic and deadlineoriented environment!
Job Description and Primary Responsibilities:
In this role you will play a key role in reviewing drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts across the business such as amendments statements of work and lower risk agreements. You should have very strong communication skills and a proactive workethic. The successful candidate will need to adapt to changing priorities and business needs must be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating and followthrough on action plans. This role is a critical and crucial part of the commercial contracts team. You will be instrumental in streamlining the daytoday efficiency and effectiveness of the department and our internal business clients to facilitate significant change.
This is a fulltime position. This position will require extensive interaction with Legal eBay businesses and thirdparty providers. This is a not an attorney position.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
